Depending on operating conditions, friction powder products are divided into two groups: products operating under dry friction conditions and products operating in lubrication.

Products operating under dry friction conditions are tested at initial braking speeds of up to 50 m/s at a pressure of 2.45 GPa. During this test, the temperature on the friction surfaces can reach 1000–1200°C.

For products operating in lubrication, the initial braking speeds are 100 m/s at a pressure of up to 6.85 GPa, but the temperature on the rubbing surfaces and in the volume of the material does not exceed 150–200 C.

Our company manufactures friction components in the form of discs, sectors, and plates. Various iron- and copper-based friction materials are fused to a steel frame.
